During her three decades at Nike, she held various positions across Footwear, Apparel, Equipment and Golf. Her functional experience includes roles across product Creation, Marketing, DTC/Digital, Merchandising, Sales, Operations, Human Resources and Customer Service, making her uniquely qualified as a General Manager in both Europe and North America. Her integrated leadership has driven the success of multiple brand and product innovation launches, as well as Nike’s marketplace positioning around WE RUN EUROPE, the London Olympics, and the NBA All Star Games in NYC and Toronto.
Her inclusive style has led to business and brand growth as well as career and personal development of her people, thereby benefiting consumers, shareholders, and employees alike.

In 2016, after leaving Nike, Megan focused on writing and founded CSQUAREDTEAM Consulting LLC, which provides consumer informed brand strategies and executive coaching.
Her writing led to a book about workplace bullying, which is currently in the process of being published. She is available for speaking engagements to elevate this important subject, known simply as “the Undiscussable.”
Megan graduated from the University of Oregon with a BA in Political Science. She served on the board of The Open School, and is a founding member of “Women of Nike” and “The Wing Women.”
She and her husband, Chris, live in Portland with their two children, Spencer and Jackie, and their dog, Blue Bear. She enjoys spending time with her family, seeking out her inner athlete, and listening to Bruce Springsteen.
